Zoo Tycoon 2: Marine Mania Expansion
I’m a huge fan of Zoo Tycoon & I’ve bought all the expansions. I absolutely couldn’t wait for Marine Mania because that was my favorite in the original Zoo Tycoon. It was well worth the wait. Of course I’d like more scenarios but with the 9 additional that’s what I’ve come to expect out of expansions. This expansion features has 20 marine animals (whales, dolphins, rays, sharks, otters & then some) + the ability to train & put on shows with some of the animals. The shows are pretty neat & it’s fun to be able to swim with the animals. With the plants & rocks in the tank it looks pretty realistic. when you’re in the tanks. If you are a fan of Zoo Tycoon 2 I’m sure you’d love this expansion pack. Buy it!!!

Marine Mania is the best expansion pack out. The graphics are wonderful. I have learned a lot about marine animals since I got it.
-Add 20 beautiful marine animals (mammals, fish, reptiles).
-The game also comes with a useful tool– the eyedropper. It is used to easily duplicate objects.
- Now the trees, bushes, and grasses now sway with the add of the expansion; making it look even more realistic as you tour your zoo.
You can now go under water in the ponds, lakes or tanks you construct. Even add koi to ponds.
- Train orcas, dolphins, seals and more to make incredible shows to wow your guests.
However…I would recomend it be a tad more realistic in some ways (carrots cost $50 ea., animals get stuck in the ground). The game itself should be about $20 (that’s how much I got it for on sale). Do not get it if you don’t have a NEW computer. Older ones can’t handle the game. Overall I give this game a high rating and recomend it to animal lovers.

Zoo Tycoon 2: Marine Mania is probably the best expansion yet. I enjoyed the first Zoo Tycoon and its expansions and when Zoo Tycoon 2 came out, I enjoyed it even more. Now you can have marine animals and that was what fans were campaigning for.
You can now train dolphins and other animals yourself (although it gets harder). If you find it too hard, you can hire a trainer to do it for you.
All in all, it’s a great game and a must buy.

I own all of the Zoo Tycoon games. I couldn’t wait for Zoo Tycoon 2: Marine mania to come out. On the day it came out, I rushed to the store and bought the last one!When I came home I installed it and started playing. There were lots of cool animals like dolphins, turtles, sharks and lots of cool plants too! The aquatic shows were really fun to make, and you can make huge aquatic tanks! If you like aquatic animals you should totally buy it!

My child loves the game. We had some trouble getting it to run, but the Game’s Tech Support was easy to reach and solved the problem quickly.
