Of all the Wedding Dash installments, Wedding Dash 2 remains my favorite. However, I enjoyed the new gameplay elements in 4. I bought it because I just got my tonsils out and wanted something mindless and new to keep me busy.
The firecracker mode adds a nice new challenge. They’ve removed the part where you have to buy items before the reception and replaced it with conga line and ceremony levels. You also have to find a certain number of an item during a level and they can be hidden anywhere on the screen. If you pause the game, though, you can look for them that way without wasting time, so any challenge that might include is immediately nullified.
If you’re a Wedding Dash fan, I’d dish out the 6.95 to play. Why not? The endless mode of these games make it worth it, and it’s neat to see how the graphics have improved and the game has grown. Hopefully they’ll capitalize on some of the new things they’ve tried for Wedding Dash 5!
If you’re trying to pick between 1 through 4, however, I would choose 2 or 3 over this one. Enjoy!
