The good: The fan seems to work. The bad: The fan is not really any quieter than the loud fan that was in there. If there is a difference, I would consider it negligible. It's definitley much more quiet than the stock fan. It also seems to blow out hotter air which probably means more of it goes out now. I'd recommend this one to everyone who has a 360.
