   I bought one of these at BestBuy (I think Rocketfish is their private brand) because I wanted something more like the Xbox controller to use on the PS3. This one looked pretty close, but does not feel like an xbox one at all.

   PROS:
   
   1. I really liked the thumbsticks – they have an indentation like the Xbox controller, and they’re made of plastic with a nice slip-proof texture. My thumbs always slip off of the silicone thumbsticks of the sony controllers.

   2. Can program 1 or more buttons to rapid fire in three speeds, turning many semi-automatic weapons into fully automatic, and saves a lot of “button mashing”

   3. Comes with a 8 ft long charging cable, and has rumble and sixaxis. It also has bluetooth, so it does not take up a USB port.

   CONS:

   1. Control felt somewhat imprecise. I don’t know if it was outright lag, but it just seemed slightly less responsive than the sony controller. It wasn’t a complete game breaker, though.

   2. The top bumper buttons (R1 and L1) are placed way too high, forcing you to hold your hands in an awkward feeling position. My hands started to feel sore after about a half an hour of use. This bothered me enough to return it. I’ve used both the xbox and ps3 controllers for hours at a time without having that problem.

   I hope Rocketfish releases a new model with some revisions (aka copy an xbox controller as close as they can without getting sued).

   I got these with a gift card given me, and have used them through a few hours of play. By the way, Rocketfish is a part of Best Buy.

   The reactions do seem to have just a ‘bit’ of lag compared to the original PS3 controller. However, with my hands being somewhat long, I do prefer the feel, and layout of this controller. So that makes up for any tiny ‘imperfections’ in response time.

   If I had a real big wish for these, it would be for a different material for at least the grips. The plastic is shiney, but kind of slick. Silicon or rubberized plastice would hold better.

   Overall, I’ll keep it for now. I have few days to try it some more. If the charge becomes an issue, I’ll return it and update my review.
