Ok, so the video game industry has been dancing around drag racing for a while, whether it be in games like Need for Speed Underground or one of the other many racing games i was intrested to see how a game featuring professional drag racing would be. Now the game has some cool features. It’s not meerly a pull up to the line and go kind of thing. You get to burn out to get your tires to the best temperature to race and the tournaments aren’t meerly won by getting to the line before your opponent, they take into account overall race times. Another plus this game has is the trophy room, you can win trophies for the races you participate in, as well as some “hidden” trophies by getting good reaction times. So where is this game lacking? Well, all it is is drag racing. Just like the title says, and as much fun as it is the novelty wears off after about 30 minuates. Plus the load times are rediculus. I mean the load times take longer then the staging and actual races combined. If your looking for some race game fun with your buddies to hang out and play one night then this is a good game to rent, but unless your trying to improve your patience i wouldn’t buy it if i was you.

I agree the load times are rediculus. The load times take longer then the staging and actual races combined. I agree. Myself I didn’t think the game was that bad but the waiting sucked. Arcade mode is not too bad though; as once your in a race (For no money) then you just keep racing without having to wait. I have to say this is an easy game to play but at first I had to figure out how to get the car moving and that took awhile but after that I won most of the races and now all races are unlocked, took about 2 days to complete the game!
