I preordered this game back in March because I thought it would be like the Imagine game series. Well it arrived yesterday I played it and it only took me an hour to complete the story mode because on the game it only gives you three babies to watch and gives you four activities to do with them such as, feeding it, entertaining it with a rattle, changing its diaper, giving it a bath, dressing it, putting it to sleep, and playing outside with it. So I’m not very impressed with it because the story mode can get done in an hour and it won’t let you continue playing it inless you start a new game or do the mini games over and over again, so that is why I have it give it a low rating.
I also preordered other games from this series the Dreamer Teacher and Dreamer Shop Owner which I hope wont be like this game where the story mode gets done in an hour.
If you want a babysitter game I recommend you getting the Imagine Babysitters game. I have that game and I like that better than this one because on Imagine Babysitters it lets you do the adventure mode which can take a while and when your finished with it the credits will role and then when they are done you can still continue to play the same game.
So I’m saying don’t buy this game because it is not worth $30 when you can get the game done in an hour, so I’m not very impressed with this.

Hi I’m an autistic 21 year old adult gamer…
and I’m not impressed with this game I have quite a few baby games for the ds including a couple of uk baby ds games. This game is at the very appiditemy of all baby games I would not recommend this baby game to anyone it’s not real long! & comprised entirely of all mini games. I can see GameStop lowering this game down to 19.99 very quickly. They only sell new games at 2 prices 30.00 which is what I paid and 19.99. used they might sell this for 10 at max give it time but I am not at all impressed! & Why in this game particulary does it ask you how old you are?!? It has a age limit from 5 to 20?!? Are you kidding me?!? No! That is really insulting because I’m 21. The people who made this game are insulting and really did a horrible job on this game it lack’s in everything. For 1 a decent storyline for 2 Why is this game all mini games?!? I can’t believe I wasted 30 dollar’s on this game. I won’t trade this game in only because I don’t do trade in’s I used to when I was really little but then I figured out that GameStop was ripping me off out of heaven know’s how much money. Not everyone is between the age limit of 5 and 20. The people who made this game have to understand that. There are people of all sort’s of ages who play video games. I have never up intil now have ever had any type of game that asked me how old I was.
I’ve played and still have these DS games:
My Baby Boy
My Baby Girl
Baby Pals
Shrek: Ogres and Dronkeys
My Little Baby (UK Version)
Baby Life (UK Version)
Imagine: Babyz
Imagine: Baby Club (UK Version)
Yoshi touch and Go
Yoshi’s Island
Dreamer Series: BabySitter
I’m not entirely fond of the imagine series but All I can say is I’m truly insulted and will never buy anything by the Dreamer Series ever again. Now I know which titles to avoid when buying a DS game! YUCK!!! I was expecting way more out of this game so disappointed. Oh well.
Take my advice if you really want this game really badly wait intil it hit’s the used shelves at GameStop or buy it on amazon. Trust me this is one game which will not take long to go down in price. Besides this game if you make one mistake just one you have to start all over in the mini game. Not Impressed with this Baby game at all this game need’s much improvement and lack’s on a lot of thing’s. Do not buy this game it’s a dudd if you don’t have patience then this is not the game for you.

The review from Rachel Reese is excellent and a perfect summation of a key problem with this game. Besides the brevity of it, it really is just mini-games… and lame ones at that. Stay away!
